How it works

Included with every organizing project:

• A labeling system.
• Folder of helpful “To Do” lists and resources.

Start with a PERSONAL CONSULTATION – this will be about an hour meeting where I evaluate the space you would like organized and talk with you about ideas to organize the space. This is also the time to discuss why you think you are disorganized. Sometimes it is because we are busy, but there are also times when we are holding onto stuff because of sentimental reasons. This is a good time to discuss how deep into the organizing you want to go. This is $40.00, but will be reimbursed if I am hired by you to do the job.

Make a PLAN OF ACTION – After the consultation, I will set up a plan of action and share it with you. This is when we decide how much you will be involved in the process. I will happily do the work alone and leave a list of “homework” for you to do, but it is also good for you to be present and learn about the system of organizing we will create for your space.

Separate everything into KEEP, DONATE, TRASH/RECYCLE piles – The process begins with us making decisions about what to keep, what to donate, and what to trash. As part of my service, I will take your donations to a local organization.

ORGANIZE what you are keeping – Here’s where everything comes together and we create a system of organizing that works for you.

SHOP for supplies – If together we decide you need additional supplies to get your space organized, I will also do this.  This service is cut to a reduced rate of $25.00 an hour.
